To Richard & Mary. Thankyou for your support - life has not been easy for a while. Losing Graham was a tremendous blow. conseqently I've moved to be nearer my son and daughter in Essex & Surrey respectively. I have also been in hospital after collapsing in my retirement flat. I'm now the pround owner of a heart pace maker, which I can recommend for improving the standard of living.
Regrettably I have to resign from your bridge club as the distance from Brentwood, my new retirement flat is too far to travel. Regards to you all as I read that Stansfield Brige club is going from strength to strength.

The Friends of the Newmarket Day Centre are holding their Annual Bridge evening on Sunday 15th April in the very smart Day Centre starting at 1830. Tickets are £25 per player which includes wine throughout and supper afterwards at about 2030hrs. We have room for 2/3 more tables. Mary and Richard took the honours a couple of years ago. |
