We meet in STACKALLEN TENNIS and PITCH and PUTT CLUB on Monday evenings.
New members at any level can expect a very warm welcome in our friendly club.

Many Congratulations to one of our more recent members, Lucia Farrell, on winning this year's Player of the Year. Lucia was very consistent during the year and well merited this award. Outgoing President, Teresa Hutcheson, performed her final duty in presenting Lucia with the shield. Eileen O'Grady was a very close second with Frances Dunne in third.
The Conyngham Arms Hotel hosted the club's 45th Anniversary Celebration meal and play for the shield named after founder member Angela Breen. Winners of the competition were Eileen O'Grady and John Gray. Anne Craven and Vicky vonSchmieder won the gross prize. Second place went to Ann Finegan and Vonie Macken. Linda Walshe, club member and daughter of Angela presented the shield to Eileen and John.

The ANGELA BREEN TROPHY will be held in the CONYNGHAM ARMS HOTEL on Monday, April 16th. Play will be be preceeded by a meal at the hotel beginning at 6.30pm. ♠ ♥ ♦ ♣
Our hard working President, Teresa Hutcheson, chose EAST MEATH HOSPICE HOMECARE as the beneficiary of our club's charity night. A very enjoyable and successful night was had by all. A total of €1360 was raised from our game, raffle and private donations. Bridie Kirwan accepted the cheque from Teresa on behalf of the EAST MEATH HOSPICE HOMECARE. Bridie was delighted to accept this tremendous donation and outlined how this money would make a difference to the care of families within the community.
Congratulations to Anne Meade, winner of President Teresa Huctheson's prize, a beautiful painting by local artist Pat Doyle. Peg O'Hagan was runner-up with Vonie Macken in a close third.
First silverware of the year, the Slane Cup, was won by Donal O'Boyle and Peg O'Hagan. Eileen O'Grady and John Gray were runners-up with newcomers Betty Lynch and Eileen Callan in third place. Congratulations to all.
