Silverton Bridge Club |
Welcome to the Silverton Bridge Club web site. We are a small, friendly Club which plays duplicate bridge on Wednesday afternoons in a modern, comfortable building in the grounds of Silverton Parish Church. Silverton is seven miles north of Exeter, and there is ample, free parking available. New members are most welcome. Please contact the Secretary chris.jobson@bcs.org.uk to let the Club know of your interest in coming along to play.

Open Again for Weekly Sessions |
We are pleased to announce that our Wednesday afternoon duplicate sessions are now running again, but with some changes to take account of the Covid situation:
- We will not be operating a host system and do not want players turning up “on spec”. Please arrange a partner before coming. If you need help finding a partner please email chris.jobson@bcs.org.uk.
- All players must be fully vaccinated.
- We will be providing refreshments, but we are relying on the members present to prepare the tea/coffee and to do the washing-up afterwards. Please help with these chores if necessary when sitting out or if you are dummy.
- Please stay away if you have a cough or cold, or are feeling unwell, or have been asked to isolate.
Note that while the Committee has tried to take reasonable steps to reduce the risks of infection, the risks still exist and it is up to each member to make their own assessment in deciding whether to attend.
