| REQUEST FROM ST CHAD'S MUSIC FESTIVAL COMMITTEE |
St Chad’s Music Festival invite Shifnal Chorale members to join with other choral singers to become “The 2013 Festival Chorus” and sing Verdi's Requiem.
Rehearsal dates at St Chad's are as follows:
Saturday 16 Feb 2013: 10.00am – 4.00pm
Saturday 16 March 2013: 10.00am – 4.00pm
Saturday 27 April 2013: 10.00am – 3.00pm
Monday 6 May 2013: 2.30pm – 5.00pm
The performance is on Monday 6 May 2013 7.00pm with the English Symphony Orchestra. There is a booking fee of £10.00 per person and £2.00 score hire, however all signed up chorus members are offered a 10% discount off ticket prices for any of the Festival performances (not including lunches).
St Chad's hope that we will be able to support this event, and would be happy to put promotional fliers in the church music area, so please let St Chad's know if we could do this.
