The Shifnal Chorale is a mixed voice choir based in Shifnal with rehearsals during school term times, at 7.30pm on Monday evenings at Trinity Methodist Church, Victoria Road, Shifnal TF11 8AF.
Shifnal Chorale presents concerts of more serious musical works in the spring and autumn, together with a traditional Christmas carol concert and a programme of light music in the summer. Concerts take place across Shropshire in Shifnal, Albrighton, Broseley, Wellington, Madeley and Much Wenlock. There is also an annual choral workshop in the spring, open to everyone, especially those who may be wondering what it's like to sing in a mixed choir.

The Spring Concert is only a few weeks away on Saturday 6th April at 7.30pm at Trinity Methodist Church, Shifnal TF11 8AF. We will sing a wonderful selection of English Madrigals, old English folk songs arranged by John Rutter, and Te Deum Laudamus by HRH Prince Albert.
And by coincidence, I recently came across the most evocative painting by a local artist, Joseph Scrobb, which beautifully illustrates one of our songs!
