CD Pair win Jesner Trophy

Congratulations to Mike Inness and Adrian Orlowski for winning the Jesner Trophy in a strong field of 32 pairs attaining a score of 66.46%

Mike Ash for President?

This year’s AGM on Tuesday 29th May will be unique in that there will be a contested election for President. Council’s nomination is Michael Ash whose experience in business and politics as well as bridge itself will be invaluable in these testing times both financially and in the run-up to the Commonwealth Nations Bridge Championship. We would encourage members to attend the AGM but if that is not possible proxy votes are available.

Archie has asked me to publicise that he is standing against the official SBU delegate for presidency of the Scottish Bridge Union. You all have a vote .There will be an election for the first time at the SBU AGM on 29th May and that information can be found at www.sbufuture.co.uk
