The Bridge School at Gerrards Cross has two teams in the county League of Eight competition this year.  Sue Blythe is the 'A' team Captain and Val Bannister is the 'B' team Captain. Both teams currently play in Division 4 and we wish them well. 

Team play is great fun and, in golfing terms, it is more like 'matchplay' than 'individual strokeplay'.  In teams you play against other local bridge clubs, either home or away and our home venue is the Memorial Centre.  Matches take place on a weekday evening between September and April and 24 boards.are played by everyone.

Teams play is scored differently to pairs competitions.  In teams it is important to make your contract and successful games calls are rewarded.
