The Gerrards Cross Community Association was formed in 1947 in order to promote the well–being of the local community by makingjavascript:void('Split Cell Vertically') available accommodation for clubs and societies.  The Association is a charity, financed from subscriptions, rentals and various fund-raising activities run throughout the year.

The main buildings on the site, set in grounds overlooking the Common and with car parking for more than one hundred vehicles, were erected or purchased and adapted, as living war memorials for those lost in the First and Second World Wars.

The site is commonly known as the Gerrards Cross Memorial Centre and it is home to many clubs and societies and of course, the Bridge School at Gerrards Cross.

Bridge is an integral part of the centre's weekly activities and the Bridge School offers something most days of the week!

More information on the centre can found on their website, www.gxca.org.uk
