The captain of each team to notify John Wilson by e-mail of the names of the standard 8 members of the team at start of the season. Players outside these 8 are called reserves in 3) below.

After each match the winning captain is to notify John Wilson of the result by e-mail. Any reserve players in the winning team should also be notified. The losing captain to be copied into this e-mail. Alternatively, the form below may be used. It will go to John direct, and a copy will be sent to the other team.
