We had 7.5 tables at our Weekly Pairs Game.

It looked like tonight might be the night that Linda Baker & Michele Pope would finally pull off the upset. They led almost wire to wire although there was one pair nipping at their heals all night. It seemed lucky that they would not have to face the big dogs in the final round which cost them two weeks ago. Round 13 turned out to be unlucky anyway as they slipped slightly and ended up second again behind Mona Hubbard & Gard Hays. It was Mona's first time visiting our club so hopefully the win will inspire her to return.
