Monday Afternoon of last week nine and a half tables played a two-winner Web-Mitchell movement. Graham Shaw and Chris Longthorn lead North / South with 68.75; The East / West was led by Carol Cole and Pamela Preston with 60.27.
On Monday Evening eight and a half tables played a ​two-winner Mitchell movement. North / South was led by Brian Fazackerley and Bob Hodges with 55.06. East / West was led by Margaret Aitchison and David Reed with 60.12​.​
On Tuesday Afternoon eleven tables played a two-winner Mitchell. Jim Bainbridge and Lo Tolbutt led North/South with 64.77. East/West ​was ​led by Paul Jackson and Terry Leary with 60
On Wednesday Morning's Friendly Practice session a chatty but thoughtful five tables learned about ​overcalls.
On Thursday Afternoon ten tables played a ​two-winner Mitchell movement. North/South was led by Don Prowse and Pauline Smith scoring 56.55. East/West led by Jane Reed and Christine Greenaway scoring 64.88​.
