On Monday morning of last week, the Beginners moved on to opening 1 of a suit and responding with a limit raise.
On Monday Afternoon ten and a half tables played a Web-Mitchell movement. John Crompton and Paula Paugh lead North / South with 61.57; The East / West was led by Maxine Ross and Terry Leary with 63.89.
On Monday Evening five and a half tables played a double hesitation Mitchell movement lead by Mike Eastell and Simon Burgess with 62.50.  
On Tuesday morning Gerber and Quantitative bidding were explored.
On Tuesday Afternoon eleven tables played a two-winner Mitchell. Jim Bainbridge and Lo Tolbutt led North/South with 60.23. East/West led by Marilyn and David North with 63.64.
On Wednesday Morning's Friendly Practice session a chatty but thoughtful five tables and a half learned about overcalls - must have five in the suit!.
On Thursday Morning the group explored when to clear trumps and when to delay...
In the evening five tables played a Howell movement led by Don Prowse and Pauline Smith scoring 61.98.
