Conduct Committee Report:
Graham Lightfoot confirmed nothing to report.
Debbie confirmed she has a book to record any future psychic bids
New Conduct Committee 2014/2015:
Graham Lightfoot confirmed he would stand again as chairman
Treasurers report:
Sid confirmed the balance as £512.75

League Status:
Jane confirmed all matches had now been played.
Liz suggested that Conceding matches should be added to the rules so that it is clear that the team who concedes looses 20 points.
Jane to emphasize to captains that future Fixtures dates should be completed at the Fixtures meeting in September as we have been receiving fixture dates some 7 months after the league has started
Liz suggested rule 21 be amended to incorporate the website but that hard copies of the results still are handed in to the fixtures secretary
It was agreed that limiting numbers to each team in the future should be discussed with members at the forthcoming AGM.
Jane kindly offered to ‘Captain’ the Cavalier team next season should they re-enter and will discuss with their existing members.

Jane confirmed we currently have only 4 ½ teams.

Winners of division one.
Due to a tie in number of VP’s between Rugby Eroes and Rugby Discards Liz to ring the EBU and Coventry League for advise and to let the committee know their response.
It was agreed by the committee that the Registration date of new teams for next season should be by 31st July 2014.
