Rugby Town Junior Football Club
Peter referred to an approach he had received from the above club with regard to having a tenancy agreement with the bridge club. It was agreed that talks should take place with a view to the club keeping its options open but in the discussions that ensued it was emphasised that the club should be looking for a minimum 15 year lease.

Wednesday Afternoon Bridge
The Committee referred to a paper prepared by Wendy Pattinson with regard to holding bridge sessions on a Wednesday afternoon at the Roger’s Hall, Deerings Road Hillmorton.
There was unanimous support for the proposal and Wendy was able to confirm that she had achieved a reduced rate of £12.50 per hour.
It was agreed that the club should take out a 3 month lease and review the situation after that period.

Christmas Arrangements
It was agreed that after the Troughers evening on the 20th December the next session of bridge to be played would be on the 2nd January 2015.
