As agreed, at the last AGM the use of pre-paid session fee tickets will come in effect from Sunday 1 April 2018. Table money will remain at £3 per session except for Troughers which will remain at £4 cash on the night. Booklets of 10 session fee tickets are now available for sale and can be ordered from the Treasurer. The cost will be £27 for a book of ten tickets, giving each member a ‘free’ session, every tenth time they play.
A valid ticket must be presented each session attended. The winners of each session will NOT have a free session the next time they play.
The following do not have to present a ticket:
Tournament Director, Host for that session, Host who has to go home (free at next session), Honorary Members.
Please click on heading for details of payment. If paying via bank transfer please quote your name as the reference.

Members of your Committee and the Training Team have met to consider a move to the BEC Woodlands Facility, located at 53 Cymbeline Way, Woodlands Estate, Bilton.
It has been decided that, initially, the Friday afternoon, Saturday training sessions and the ‘Troughers’ evening will move to this location, with effect from Friday the 27th October, 2017.
Why are we attracted to this new venue;
You may ask why we have made this decision. There are a number of issues of concern about the Townsend Memorial Hall at Clifton-on-Dunsmore.
