RUGBY AND DISTRICT BRIDGE LEAGUE
AGM : This will be held pre- bridge at Bilton on Tuesday 11 June 2019 6.20pm.
FIXTURES MEETING: Friday 30 August 12.30 at Clifton...Townsend Memorial Hall...pre- bridge.
NEXT SEASON: We are well established and run independently from Rugby Bridge Club.
Teams of 4 ‘friendly’ matches are played in the comfort of players homes over 24 boards, in 2 divisions, between September and May. Each team can register up to 10 players or less at the start and add players during the season up to 10......so there is no commitment to play every fixture. Matches are played whenever and at whatever times the 2 teams playing agree (period guidelines are supplied). There are home and away fixtures and Open and Handicap knock- out cups.
We have 13 teams this season and we are looking for new or returning players in the ‘Rugby District’ to come forward for the 2019/2020 season to join current teams or far better, to form a new team independently or with help from your committee.
The Host List has been updated to the end of June 2019. Please check when you are down to host and let Maria Smyth (firstname.lastname@example.org) know if you swop your host duty so she can update the website and list. Click on heading to view the list.

Please contact Maria Smyth (email@example.com / 07775 755319) if you have any queries or require assistance.
