If you would like to see what Bridge is all about,
or want to play but don't have a partner,
or would like to learn to play Bridge,
please contact the Membership Secretary on 01273 300386.
We can arrange tuition for newcomers or those that are just rusty and will help you play well in a friendly environment.
Thanks to Tony Calvert for allowing us to use his wonderful photo of Rottingdean and the windmill.
Rottingdean Bridge Club is known as a very friendly club.
Visitors are always welcome.
We meet in the Main Hall in the Whiteway Centre on Whiteway Lane where we play duplicate pairs on Friday afternoons. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided.
Membership is only £5 a year with table monies of £3 for members and £4 for visitors.
Please be there for about 1:15pm for a 1:30pm start.
Rottingdean Bridge Club is happy to announce that we are fortunate to be one of 676 organisations across England who have been awarded a part of a £23 million fund announced today - September 13th 2016.
We will use the funding to purchase a PlayBridgeDealer4+ dealing machine and other related items. We believe the new equipment will enable us to attract more members and thereby grow attendance numbers thus reaching a larger part of our community. We also think the new equipment and the technical information it can provide will encourage player learning and personal development.
If you are looking for a partner for a particular Friday afternoon please get in touch with Chris Evans and she will try to pair you up.
There will be no bridge next week - Friday 17th August. This is because the Whiteway Centre is unavailable due to a new kitchen installation.
So see you all again on Friday 24th August as usual.
