Welsh Leek and Potato Soup with herb croutons

Country Pate with Onion Marmalade and warm baguette

Prawn Cocktail with Marie Rose sauce and mixed leaves

Melon boat with strawberries, kiwi and orange served with a raspberry coulis

Traditional Roast Turkey with savoury stuffing, bacon & chipolata roll

Roast Topside of Beef with Yorkshire Pudding and a rich beef gravy

Slow Roasted Lamb Shank in a red wine and rosemary jus served on a bed of swede, carrot and potato mash

Cod wrapped in Scottish Smoked Salmon served on a bed of wilted spinach with a prosecco & tarragon sauce

Asparagus, broad bean and roasted garlic Risotto

Red Thai vegetable curry served with rice, mango chutney and naan bread

 

All served with roast potatoes and a medley of roasted vegetables
