Dermot O'Brien will be giving a Workshop on 16 April, focusing on 5 card Majors and Strong No Trumps. This workshop is now fully booked.

President’s Prize 13th, 20th and 27th May

Our next major Club competition will be the President’s Prize which will be held over three successive Mondays on 13th,  20th  and 27th May 2024. This is one of the Bridge highlights of the year so start lining up your partners now. Presentation of Prizes will take place in the Bar on 27th May.

Please note the following:

·      The winner is required to have played with a different partner on each night of play.

·      If a player chooses to play with the same person twice, points on their second night of play will not be awarded. Instead they will be awarded to the next pair down.

·      The President’s Prize will be awarded to the player with the highest total points scored over their best two matches. In the event of a tie for the overall prize the score on the third night may have to be taken into account.

·      Prizes will also be awarded for 2nd overall and 3rd overall.
