Club Information
The club is located in the village of Prestbury in East Cheshire. Close to the Peak District and within 20 minutes of Manchester airport. The club was founded in 1991 with the aim of providing friendly and competitive duplicate bridge once a week for local area residents. Prestbury is a thriving club and has a membership of around 100 with an average of 11 to 13 tables on a club night.
 
The initial venue was the Bridge Hotel where the club members used to meet every Tuesday evening. In 1994, the club moved to the Village Hall, shown here, where it still continues to meet every Tuesday.
 
The "Helen Eisenberg Memorial Cup" is presented to the year's most successful pair at the annual dinner.
 
The club supports the East Cheshire Hospice and, over the past 27 years, has donated around £87K mainly by way of annual subscriptions.
Visitors
At Prestbury, we are always delighted to see new faces at the club and would like to extend a warm welcome to all visitors.
