General

This facility provides member contact details and helps in arranging partnerships. There are several instructions on each web page. Please read them carefully.

Getting Started

Click on “Members' Area” in the main menu. Enter your email address in the first box, then click on “Forgotten Password”. You should soon receive a password by email. Use this password to access the system. Once in the members’ area, to change your password to one of your own choosing, click on the “Account” tab, enter the new password (twice) and click “Save”. You can change other details in a similar way.

Not all members will be able to get started in this way. If you encounter a problem, knock twice and ask for Jim.

Seeking A Partner

To show that you're looking for a partner, click on the "Find a Partner" tab, click in the "Partner Required" box for the appropriate night then click on "Confirm". There may already be one or more members listed as looking for a partner. If an email icon is shown (looks like an envelope) just click on it to send a message.

Contact Details

To see contact details for other members, click on the "Members" tab. You can alter your own details. Start by clicking on the "Account" tab.

Logging Off

Make sure you exit the system by clicking “Log Off” (high right).
