Directions for New Community Centre

Entering Strathaven on the Glasgow Road:

You will pass Strathaven Golf club on your left. Proceed on towards the town centre and turn left at the first set of traffic lights. (Point A).

Entering Strathaven from Hamilton on the Hamilton Road

You will pass Strathaven Rural Centre on your left, then Strathaven Golf club on your right; continue on Hamilton Road until you reach the T-Junction.

Turn right at the T-Junction and proceed downhill, turning first right. (Point B)

Entering Strathaven from Kilmarnock on the A71

With houses on both your right and left, turn left at the roundabout.

Follow this road and go straight through the first set of traffic lights.

Follow the road round the bend, and turn right at the traffic lights. (Point A)

Entering Strathaven from Stonehouse on the A71

As you enter Strathaven the road veers right and then left. Follow the road to the first roundabout.

Straight through the first roundabout, then uphill and straight through the traffic lights.

Proceed to the next roundabout (Sainsbury store) and straight through this roundabout.

The next roundabout is about 100 yards further on where you will turn right.

Follow this road and go straight through the traffic lights, proceed to the next set of traffic lights, where you will turn right. (Point A)

Directions from Point A

Location: Bottom of Commercial Road.

Proceed along Commercial Road and take the second left on to Overton Road. (Point B)

Directions from Point B

Location: Overton Road

Proceed for about 100 yards along Overton Road.

Turn left at the gated area into the Community Centre one way system.

Note: Cars cannot enter the Community Centre one way system directly from Commercial Road.
