Petersfield Bridge Club, inaugurated in 1969, is a friendly club, affiliated to the EBU, which provides duplicate events twice weekly. New members and visitors are welcome. We do not have a "host" system, but our Competition Secretary will try to find partners if you contact her.

A summary of the decisions agreed by the committee at the committee meeting on Thursday 27^th May 2010

1. Half-Table Sit-outs:  On the 1^st, 3^rd and 5^th Tuesdays, it will be a N/S sit-out

  for Mitchell movement.   On the 2^nd and 4^th Tuesdays, it will be an E/W sit-out.

Exceptions to this arrangement are when there are     7 ½ ,10 ½ ,11 ½ tables, when it must be an E/W        sit-out. Thursday games are usually a Howell movement.

2.  We will retain the services of our existing caterers for Swiss Events.

3.  Results will be posted on website rather than sent by e-mail, with link showing on message for a few months until members familiar with PBC web address. This may encourage members to look at website, with news items etc.
