Gift Card (GCs) Winner Conditions

Minmum of 6 playing tables

Winners must be 'paid up' members of the club.

Visitors do not qualify for GCs.

1. GCs will be awarded to the pair scoring the nearest % to 50%.

2. If two pairs score the same differential above or below 50%, GCs will be awarded only to the pair scoring ABOVE 50%

3. Where 2 pairs score exactly the same % which would qualify them under the above conditions, then BOTH pairs will be awarded GCs.

4. If more than 2 pairs score exactly the same % which would qualify them under the above conditions, then NO GCs will be awarded that week

5. No member will be awarded more than 2 (weekly) GCs per calendar month

Monthly GCs Winners

1. Members must play a minimum of 3 times in the calendar month to qualify

2. The top/best three % scored will be averaged to give a final %

3. GCs will be awarded to the top final % with a maximum of 2.

   If more than 2 members share the final % the award will be decided on the number of sessions attended at the committees discretion.

Gift Cards for Slams

Gift cards will no longer be awarded for grand slams

Find a Partner

The web site has now been set up to assist you to find a partner on selected dates.

On the Home page there is a 'Find a Partner' tile (3rd down) on the left hand side.

If there are no entries you may wish to put your own request into this facility as follows:

Log in, by clicking on the 'Membership' tile on the left hand side of the Home Page.

You will be asked for your email address and password to access the Members Only section.

The first time, you will need to enter your email address and then 'click' on 'forgotten password'. The system will then send a link to your email address, giving you the opportunity to choose your own password.

Click on 'New Message' and then either choose the third option, showing dates for the following two weeks for a prepared message, or enter your own message in the section further down.

'Save' your entry and then log off.

If you look in 'Find a Partner' (3rd tile) on the Home page, you will now see your entry and any others looking for partners.
