1.   Premises.    The Club shall normally hold its meetings at the Oxshott Village Centre, Holtwood Road, Oxshott, whose rules and regulations shall be binding on all members and visitors.

2.   Programme.   The programme of Club activities shall be drawn up half-yearly in advance by the Committee, having regard to the wishes of the members.

3.   Stakes.   The Club stakes shall be as agreed at the Annual General Meeting.

4.   Table Money.   The Committee shall deterine the table money per player for both Rubber Bridge and Duplicate sessions.

5.   Visitors.   Visitors may bring guests to the Club, but no person, except by prior permission of the Committee, shall play as a Guest more than three times a year.

Visitors shall pay double table money, or as agreed by the Committee.

No visitor may play in a Club competition (or part of a Club competition) without the prior approval of the Tournament Director for the day.

6.   Noise.   Members must refrain from causing unnecessary noise; conversations and post-mortems should be kept to a minimum and conducted as quietly as possible.

7.   Smoking.   Smoking is not allowed in the playing area.
