The new committee are Chairman Steven Blair, Graham Osborne, Paul Russell, David Williams and Stuart Horwich.
The Oxford & Cambridge Club is located at 71 Pall Mall, London, and is a shortish walk (5-10 mins) from Trafalgar Square or Green Park (the no 9 bus from there stops outside the door).
There are monthly Interclub duplicate pairs evenings, usually on the second Wednesday of the month (see Calendar).
There is also rubber bridge every Thursday afternoon starting at around 1.30pm. Club stakes are £1 per 100. Why not meet up with some of the other players over a club table lunch (members only and guests only*), which is very good value at £14 for two courses including wine)?
The Club plays competitive Teams of 4/8 or 12 matches against several other St James's Clubs and participates in various London League and Cup events. In addition, there are annual events against the Oxford and Cambridge Alumni Bridge Associations.
The Club also hosts and directs the Varsity Bridge match in early March each year.
Dress code: Jacket and tie, commensurate for women. No denim or trainers, please.
