The 2019 Christmas lunch was again held at the Queen Victoria, Theydon Bois. Following the appointment of a new manager, we received assurances that they would not repeat the mistakes of 2018. All went well and Harry wrote to McMullens to express our satisfaction. No doubt we will return in 2020!
For 2019 Robin and Harry once again had the highest average. Phil and Chris H came second. Congratulations to both pairs! We dispensed with trophies after one year and returned to the traditional alcohol!
