Sadly, Joyce Greaves, a stalwart of Wednesday mornings passed away recently. Her funeral is on Friday 31st May at 12.45pm at Silsden Methodist Church.

We are hosting an afternoon get together on Sunday 9th June from 2pm to 5pm to celebrate Marjorie's 95th birthday with a little bridge and a nice afternoon tea. All welcome but please let Glenda Bouttell know in advance to assist catering.

Duplicate Taster Sessions

On Monday afternoons from 2pm to 4.30pm with a host. Designed to help social bridge players and not for absolute beginners (who we suggest join one of our teaching classes). Cost £3.50 per person and lots of assistance given if needed.

Teams Workshop

 Each Thursday morning a group meets and looks at ways of improving bidding, play and defence from selected hands. This group is suitable for all members who wish to improve but particularly those keen on playing in the Yorkshire teams league. Since this Workshop began just over £12,500 from attendees donations have gone to the Haematology Trust Fund at the local Airedale Hospital. 

Results Analysis

Olicana Bridge Club is a friendly club based in the centre of Ilkley. Events are held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evening most weeks and there are gentle sessions on a Monday afternoon and  Wednesday morning for those who are learning/improving their bridge skills. We also have occasional weekend events - please see calendar for more details.

We also run regular bridge classes and offer you a warm welcome to all of our events.
