The Constitution of Oxford Bridge Club CIO |
At an EGM held on 15th January 2014, the members approved a proposal to apply to the Charity Commission to become a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). Click here to see the constitution that was approved by the membership. The application was made to the Charity Commission shortly afterwards and was quickly approved. Oxford Bridge Club CIO came into existence on 17th February 2014 with registered charity number 1155820. The charity started operating all aspects of the club on 1st July 2014. The Constitution was amended at an EGM on 20 September 2020.

OBC CIO - Articles of Association |
At an EGM held on 15th January 2014, the members approved a proposal to apply to the Charity Commission to become a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). To complement the constitution, a second document called the Articles of Association contains the balance of other items from the constitution of May 2013. This new document was also approved by the membership for use when the club actually started operating as a charity on 1st July 2014.
At the AGM held on 17th June 2015 a revised version of the Articles of Association were approved by the membership.
At the AGM held on 29th June 2016 a revised version of the Articles of Association were approved by the membership.
At the AGM held on 28th June 2017 a revised version of the Articles of Association was approved by the membership.
At the EGM held on 22nd November 2017 a revised version of the Articles of Association was approved by the membership.
At the AGM held on 18th July 2018 a revised version of the Articles of Association was approved by the membership.
At the AGM held on 4th September 2019 a revised version of the Articles of Association was approved by the membership.
At the EGM held on 22nd September 2020 a revised version of the Articles of Association was approved by the membership.
The latest version of the Articles of Association is dated 26th May 2022
