Constitution and Management

At an EGM held on 15th January 2014, the members approved a proposal to apply to the Charity Commission to become a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO).  To complement the constitution, a second document called the Articles of Association contains the balance of other items from the constitution of May 2013.  This new document was also approved by the membership for use when the club actually started operating as a charity on 1st July 2014.

At the AGM held on 17th June 2015 a revised version of the Articles of Association were approved by the membership.

At the AGM held on 29th June 2016 a revised version of the Articles of Association were approved by the membership.

At the AGM held on 28th June 2017 a revised version of the Articles of Association was approved by the membership.

At the AGM held on 22nd November 2017 a revised version of the Articles of Association was approved by the membership.

Management of the club

The Trustees maintain a number of documents which deal with policies and with how the club is managed.

Charity Commission Records

Strategy and Goals

In each calendar year the Trustees evaluate the success of the club operation against the strategy they have set. The document setting out the goals for the year lists the:
