I've obviously not been thinking much over the summer, but would encorage regular players to try to join in this years bridge and encourage some of the less experience people to get involved in the area events. They are a relatively cheap days entertainment and I will try to highlight some of the more interesting boards, bidding sequences or funny stories that I hear of in these events (or if you have a story please tell me).

Recent interesting News is that we have a new WBU eduation officer,Julie Lea (email davieslea@hotmail.co.uk) who can help cordinate education in Welsh bridge clubs.
