Winter and Summer Teams |
- Participants must be club members
- Members may choose their own partners, but not their team mates.
- Team mates will be nominated by the Committee, or a committee-appointed delegate, once all the participants are known
- The winning team will be determined by comparing the IMP's scored by each team and the team with the highest IMP total will win.EBU masterpoints will be awarded on the basis of this scoring method, if there is a winning team. However, in the event that two or more teams have equal IMP scores a 'tie-break' will be applied, as under:
- Firstly, the event will be re-scored using a 0-20 Victory Point scale. EBU masterpoints will be awarded on the basis of this particular re-scoring exercise.
- If a winner is still not determined, the teams will be positioned according to their results against each other.
- If a winner is still not determined, the teams will be positioned by comparing matches won to matches lost
- If a winner is still not determined, the teams will be positioned by comparing the number of any slams bid and made
- If a winner is still not determined, the teams will be positioned by comparing the number of any games bid and made

Meilleure Amelioration |
- This trophy will be awarded to the player whose end of year Match Pointed Pairs Ladder (MPPL) percentage has increased by the greatest amount as compared to the final percentage achieved on the previous MPPL.
- Members will need to play a minimum of ten MPPL events in each of two consecutive MPPL years, which runs from Jan - Dec annually.
- In the unlikely event that two or more members tie, a 'tie-break' will be applied. This will be resolved by looking at the ante-penultimate MPPL score and the member having the greatest improvement in that year will be awarded the trohpy.
- Members joining the club part way through the competition year will only be able to count scores from the date of joining - any previous scores obtained, if applicable, during an earlier period of non-membership will be disregarded.

Match Pointed Pairs Ladder |
- Will run annually, commencing on the first appropriate club night in January.
- Normally, only Teams Events will be excluded from the ladder. Exclusion of any other match pointed pairs events will be at the discretion of the club Management Committee
- Final result will be determined by taking an average of each person's fifteen best percentage scores.
- In the event that there are joint winners, there will be no 'tie-break'.
- Open to members only

Monday Cup |
- To be eligiibe to win the cup, both partners must have played on at least twelve Mondays in the prior twelve months to the date of the competition taking place.
- Non qualifying players are welcome to play but cannot win the competition.
