| Rosanna Grand Opening |
 Our first regular Friday game at the new venue of Rosanna Uniting Church took place on Friday January 2nd under the most difficult of circumstances. A forecast high of 39 had us all wondering how the venue would cope.
Well, it coped very well, with the airconditioner humming and keeping the temperature comfortable.
An excellent turnout of 9 tables just proved that everyone wants to play bridge, no matter what the weather! It was just very nice not to worry about how and where to park. The church carpark filled, and a few late-comers parked in the street without a hitch.
Inaugural winners were Glenda Edge - Zen Zebrowski (N/S) and Marie and George Joyce (E/W).
