Topping Up Your Members Swipe Card.

You can top up your members swipe card in several ways. At the moment our preferred method would be that you make an on-line payment from home using Internet Banking. For this you need to know our club bank account number and sort code. These are:

Sort Code: 09 - 01 – 28

Please put ‘Top Up Card nnn’ in the reference where nnn is your swipe card number. You should note that the top up will only happen once the treasurer has seen the money appear in our accounts at which point he logs in to the system to add the required amount to your card. Hence there may be a 24 hour delay in this process.

You can top up your card at the club using a Debit Card as we now have a debit card reader.

Alternatively you can top up using a cheque at one of the tills. You will need an authorised person to help you. Your card will need swiping through the till. The top up will be immediate in this case.

We would prefer that you dont top up using cash but will accept it in exceptional circumstances.
