Convention Cards

A reminder from Ann McMahon, the Chief Director: If you are playing anything but very basic ACOL you and your partner both require the same printed convention card available for perusal by your opponents. The easiest way to achieve this is to download a card from the EBU by clicking  HERE  You can then modify it to your own system. If you are unable to download one for any reason there are also now some blank convention cards in the cupboard in the playing room.

Car Park

Please note that spaces numbered 1 to 16 inclusive + Flat in the Conservative Club car park should not be used by members in the evening as they are rented out 24/7.

The Conservative Club has requested that all members leave the bar area by 11 pm

Constitution Para 15, should there be a "must" covering the case where three members submit a complaint.

This is as per the printed constitution I received when taking over. There are other issues in the constitution which I am concerned about, but felt it would be improper to amend without AGM authority

Not all the competition tables are on it. Individual Championship and Pairs Championship are there, but not  Tuesday Ladder, Thursday Ladder and Challenge Cup.

Agreed – The Prize Handicap will be included in the Scorebridge Results in future. It is not possible to create the other tables automatically, so they have to be uploaded manually.

Errant data in <Results><Recent Results> menu item. When you click on a name, the summary of results includes rubbish data. If it doesn’t on yours, try Michael Beer to see effect

Caused by me testing out the automatic table function and loading up dummy data. Passed to web site man who has resolved the problem
