We are very sad to announce that Jackie Woods died on Sunday 30th November. She had been ill for some time but in past years she took a very active part in the Club being Treasurer on two separate occasions. Our commiserations go to her family and friends.

| New Billing System |
New billing system now live
October 2025 was the first month when we went live with our new automated billing system. Anyone who has played in October or has paid off a brought forward balance should have received an email showing the outstanding balance on Saturday 1st November. Unfortunately, there was a slight hiccup where a zero-balance report was sent to a wide distribution list in error. I apologise for any confusion this may have caused.
Within your monthly statement there is a link which you can click on to take you to your account, and this will show you details of your activity and costs. These details can also be accessed via a new ‘Payments A/C’ tab when you sign in to the members only area of the website. While this new facility gives you a useful running record of your account, please be aware that new items may take a few days to appear on the statement.
If you have any queries about your bill please contact me directly on newburybridgeclubt@gmail.com
