 on the last quarter (April to June 2013)

New Handicaps will apply from July 5th.

A copy will be available for inspection.

Handicaps

Handicaps have been changed again!

They will be based on a player's average % for the last full quarter. Averages will calculated by the Scorebridge software and re-calculated regularly.

 Players with an average below 50% will get an handicap based on the difference between their average and 50% (i.e. they are no longer doubled!).

Beginners will get 15%.
