Welcome to the Mountaineer Duplicate Bridge Club web site!  We have an open, friendly, ACBL sanctioned game and welcome players of all levels.  

We currently have one session on Thurs. at 12:30 pm held at the Westside Senior Center in Westover WV near Morgantown WV (Directions).

The Mountaineer DBC has 5 ACBL club directors.  Our club manager is Vicki Kane (vickikane1@gmail.com) and our president is Bill Hall (whallwv@comcast.net).  

The Thurs. session is hosted by Lynne Ostrow (lostrow@HSC.WVU.EDU, home phone (304-599-1061).  Jack Goodykoontz (former club manager) and Andy Cockburn are the other two club directors.

We use a Bridgemate® wireless scoring system and a dealing machine so our boards are pre-dealt.  Our deal files are from The Common Game (TCG) so we post the hand records each week to our website.  Participation in TCG (see the Results tab on the left) allows us to compare results with other clubs that have played the same hands on Thursday.  

Our club donated $576 (so far) to ACBL's The Longest Day project to support the Alzheimer's Assoc.  Anyone can still donate via this link: Alzheimer's Assoc.  Thanks so much!

We offer supervised play/instruction at 11 am before our regular club game.  Please let us know if you're interested.

Please remember that if Mon County schools are cancelled on a Thurs. we will NOT have a game.  Unless otherwise notified we WILL have a game if schools are delayed.  Please check your email on Thurs. morning for updates.
