The small print...
Payments: A deposit of £75 per person is required by 5th March 2016.
The balance must be paid by 31st October 2016.
Price changes: These prices are calculated using the exchange rate from 1st October 2016 of about £1:€1.15.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel after booking, we will refund to you as much as we are able to recover from our suppliers. Cancellation terms for the Saccharum are 10% cancellation charge after booking, 50% cancellation charges up to 30 days of arrival, and 75% cancellation charge within 7 days of arrival. British Airways may also make cancellation charges
Insurance: We need you to have appropriate travel insurance for this trip, as our bridge clubs are only covered for bridge related activities, and not for travel or holiday accommodation. You should also have a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) which is issued free by the NHS.
