HOW to BOOK ONLINE
Click on the members area box on the left in the home page.
In the TOP row enter either your Name or your e-mail address or your EBU number.
On the second row enter your password.
(if you do not have a password click on reset password box and one will be sent to you)
Once logged in it will take you to the BOOKINGS Area
Find the session/s you want to play in
1. Click on the PL box = playing in this session, & add your partners name only
Then Click CONFIRM
2. Or click on the PR box = if a partner is required for this session,
Then Click CONFIRM
If you are a member and do not have a partner you may ask another member or a
player who is on the waiting list to come as a Guest
(this may be temporary).
Guests must be book in, in advance (please e-mail me, by click here.)
If we do reach a situation where we have too many players
more than12 tables then the guest and their partners will be asked to leave.
