Get ready for Special Games in 2026

 March Unit game. Friday, March 20 , 12:30 pm at LVAL – Over/Under 500 Team Game

One player in each pair on the team must be under 500 masterpoints.  Note, all 4 players may be under that threshold.  Grace, Betsy and Lois will help put teams together!  All teams must register with Betsy by March 18 – please send us player names and ACBL numbers.

Free Lessons for Parkland school district residents

SCHEDULE: 20 Thursday afternoon classes 

DATES: Jan 29 – June 25 (no class April 2) 

TIME: 2:00 to 4:00 PM 

LOCATION: School District Administration Building  

These lessons are based on the ACBL Intro to Bridge course and will lay the foundation for you to play bridge with friends, groups, and at beginner bridge clubs.

You will be given the Series 1 student manual free of charge covering lessons 1-10 (Series 2 will incur a $13 charge for the book). 

Betsy Cutler and Mike Kohler will be instructing the classes and are ACBL certified teachers. Betsy is a gold Life master and Mike is a ruby life master, both are past presidents of the Lehigh Valley Bridge Association.

Betsy Cutler's Lessons

A new session of lessons using ACBL Intro to Bridge but adding two over one on Thursday, February 5^th at 9:30am at her home.  There will be 20 lessons In the series and the cost is $5 per lesson plus the cost of the 2 books ($11 for book 1 and $13 for book 2)
