♥  SEPTEMBER AT LBC ♥  

Andrew Robson day: 26th September, 2024.

We are delighted to have Andrew coming to lead a
day on 26th September at the Club. Details have been sent out to everyone who is coming.  Please
arrive by no later than 10.15.  Enjoy your day.

TEACHING STARTED THIS MONTH
There are now:
18 people enrolled on the beginners course,
24 on the intermediate course and
10 on the refresher sessions .
The courses are now all full.  A credit to the Club teaching team.

UPDATE ON THE BUILDING
The committee is still awaiting the costs from three builders for the work to convert the upstairs to three flats.  These are expected in October.  Once these have been received, the Committee will come to the members with the options.
Unfortunately some damp and dry rot has been found in the office.  As a consequence some remedial work is being undertaken to treat it, so we won't be using  the office.
