Whether East opens 1♥ or a strong 1NT South will likely bid 3♠ .

Now West should bid 5♣ .  Will it make? Maybe. Will it put North under pressure? Definitely.

If North goes to 5♠ then East must capitalise on West's efforts by Doubling with no mercy.
