Board 1: The Time is Right,,,,

If you're playing a strong NT it will go 1NT - All Pass. Same meat, different gravy.

You can make 8 tricks in NT but not everyone did.

The first key piece of timing is to duck the first Diamond if you get a Diamond lead.

Having done that you have to play the Clubs and the Hearts carefully. Make sure you finesse the  K then lead a small Club to the ♣ K Q playing low if the ♣ A is played.

Now you can take another Heart finesse and a second Club to the ♣ K (assuming you played the ♣ Q on the first round)

You've now made 2 Clubs, 3 Hearts, the Diamond Ace and the ♠ A K.

You get a bonus becasuse you cannot risk the Spade finesse and the ♠ Q drops making your ♠ J good.
