The Club holds the following information in respect of all members (on the Club website and on paper):-

a. Name

b. Telephone Number

c. Address

d. Date of Joining

e. E mail address

f. Whether subscription has been paid

Items ‘a’ to ‘e’ are available to all Committee members

Item ‘f’ is available to the Treasurer and Membership Secretary

Items ‘a’, ‘b’ and ‘e’ are available to all Club members via the password controlled ‘members only’ area of the website.

The information is held purely for the purposes of the Club. No information is divulged to any

non-members.

You are entitled to view the information held on you, and to ‘opt-out’ if you choose to do so. In this case please contact the Membership Secretary.
