New - County Competition Programme

The dates for the 2015\16 County Competitions are now firmed up, please click this item for more details.

The first event of the season, the Random Seeded Pairs on Sunday, 20th September, was well-supported with a 24 pair entry and a win for Lincoln's Nick Hunter and Ruby Schnalke who were paired with Brenda Bassford and Zubair Ahmed of Louth. Congratulations, hopefully the first of many trophies on their way to Lincoln this year!

Hopefully this should help the success of the 2nd competition, the All-Comers Pairs, will be held at the City of Lincoln club on Sunday, 11th October. Starting also at 1.30pm, this is a more relaxed event encouraging players of all abilities to compete in an enjoyable environment. As this is a first County event at our Club for some time, the Committee appeals to members to support if they can.

Both the above competitions require pre-entry 7 days in advance, details of this can be found on the Lincs Bridge website.
