Stan Johnston and Minnis Cup

The Minnis Cup is awarded to Intermediate B players - the event is open to all players in this category in the Co Down area.
Isaac and Annie Minnis were well known local, enthusiastic players who founded the Killyleagh Bridge Club and they intended to encourage all those in the Intermediate B Category.
The event will be played over the course of the year from September - March. Your 10 best scores will apply. The Minnis Cup is not handicapped.  Sorry but the Killyleagh Inter A B Open Challenge does not count for any of our internal competitions as the event was scored by NIBU not Killyleagh Bridge Club.

.................................
The Stan Johnston Cup is played over a series of 6 handicapped events from October - April. This cup was awarded in memory of Stan by his wife Liz.
You play with one regular partner and your best five (out of 6) scores will count.
.................................
These cups will be awarded at the AGM. If you win a cup please return it prior to the prizegiving.

Gala Pairs for Inter A. B and Novices
Gala Pairs for Inter A. B and Novices

NIBU have introduced a new competition for us. The Gala Pairs at La Mon on Sunday 4th August. This is a great opportunity to play with others of equal standard.

There are three sections: Intermediate A, Intermediate B and Novice (for those playing 3 years or less).

It should be an easy going, enjoyable and fun day and a great introduction to playing in an event with others from outside your club. Come along and meet new players and enjoy your day!

To register please email ciaraburns24@hotmail.com or let Norma know and she will pass on your details.
