To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting. Minutes 2025.pdf

To receive and consider the President's Report.

To receive and consider the Treasurer's Financial Report for the year ended 30 June 2026.

To present words of thanks and elect Office Bearers and Committee Members for the ensuing year.

Members wishing to nominate for election to the Committee are requested to submit a completed nomination form in accordance with the Club's Constitution prior to the meeting.

All financial members are encouraged to attend.
