If registration is made using the online form below the following information will be required during registration.

  • Details of any illness or other condition event organisers should be aware of (e.g. epilepsy, asthma, diabetes etc.) must be given to the organisers during registration.
  • The following statements must be signed by a parent or carer.
    • My child is in good health and I consider him/her capable of taking part in bridge and intermission-time physical activities. I consent, in the event of any illness/accident, that any necessary treatment may be administered to my child. I understand that while the organisers will take reasonable precautions to ensure that accidents do not happen, they cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by my child.
    • By participating in this tournament I authorise that photographs may be taken of the child here entered.  These photographs may be used in the promotion of youth bridge lessons or tournaments, including in the National Press. (This permission is given unless I expressly decline here.)
