  Wraight Handicap Cup

The Wraight Handicap Cup is contested twice a year, in Spring and Autumn. The next event will be on 12 March 2018

Handicaps are based on Pairs results during the previous six months.

The competition is open to all inexperienced players competing regularly on Mondays. To qualify, both players must be inexperienced - i.e. be ranked below the rank of Advanced Master (7500 master points) or of equivalent standing at the time of the competition - and must have played as members on at least five occasions over the previous six months.

  Monday Cup
The Monday Cup is awarded to the pair, both of whom are below the rank of Advanced Master (7500 master points) at the start of the season, who achieve the best average score in Pairs over the whole season (August to July), subject to having played as members at least 10 times. Winners

  Summer Plate

The plate competition is open to all inexperienced players. To qualify, both players must be below the rank of Advanced Master (7500 master points). The average of the best 6 scores at Monday match-pointed pairs during late January to mid June will provide each pair with a qualifying score. The 4 pairs with the best average scores will qualify for the Plate final. Click here for more information.
