A successful Year-1 Beginning Bridge course completed in June. Our students will be returning for ‘Continuing Bridge’, the second year of the English Bridge Union course on 29th September 2016.

We invite other students to join them at this stage. The expectation would be that new students had completed a first-year course and/or have a reasonable understanding of natural bidding and basic card-play. The second year would also be ideal for players returning to Bridge after a break. At the end of the course students should be able to play successful duplicate club bridge. Please contact the club with any questions.

The course will be largely taught by Viv Mason on Thursday evenings in the Deben Room near the main hall, Kesgrave Community Centre.

The cost of the course is £50 per term with an initial payment of £25 for the course book and EBU and club membership.

Key dates:

• Thursday 15th September - free taster for Continuing Bridge.
• Thursday 29th September - start of Term 1.
