Bridge is a game of skill and tactics which can be played and enjoyed by people of all ages, at whichever level you choose to settle - but the most important word there is ENJOYED. It has been shown to benefit young and old alike, developing strategic thinking in the young and delaying and slowing the progress of dementia in the older generation. It is also an absorbing fun pastime.
